Payment Methods

  • We accept payment via PAYPAL on this site.
  • You can also make payments using your Visa or MasterCard over the phone if you prefer to contact the store on (03) 9486 2906.

Returns

  • You can return an online purchase for a refund if the item is returned in person or shipped back to Coquette Clothes (at your own expense) within seven (7) days of purchase. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method as Coquette Clothes does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please note that postage charged by Coquette Clothes on the original sale will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the card or PayPal account which was used for the original purchase. 
  • You must return the item to Coquette Clothes in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
  • If you have purchased the wrong size, please contact the store on (03) 9486 2906 - so that we can put aside the correct size for you. The original item must be returned in person or shipped back to the store (at your own expense) within 7 days of purchase. The delivery cost of any additional exchanges will be at the customer's expense.
  • If there is a manufacturing fault, Coquette Clothes will make every attempt to replace the item with an identical new one. If this is not possible, we will give you a full refund as long as the item is returned within seven (7) days of its original purchase
  •  No returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges on Sale items, so please choose carefully.
  • *Original Resale Condition returns must be received in original re-sellable condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. ​Items that smell of perfume or deodorant will automatically be returned to the customer so please take due care when trying on your purchases. Coquette Clothes reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not adhere to these conditions.

    Privacy policy

    • At Coquette Clothes we respect your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order or delivery.
    • Coquette Clothes does not store your credit card information and will not rent or sell your name, or release any personal information without your permission.

    Stock availability

    • All items displayed on this website are also for sale in our store located in Fitzroy North.
    • We have made every effort to ensure that your online purchase is seamless. However, another customer can purchase the same item ‘in-store’ at the same time as you are purchasing it ‘online’. If this happens, Coquette Clothes will do their very best to reorder the item purchased and If unable will offer a refund.
