TERMS + CONDITIONS

IN GENERAL

  • The information contained on this website is provided in good faith but is only an example of the items contained in-store. This website does not guarantee that a product is still available or is the same price in-store.

  • Coquette Clothes reserves the right to amend, add or remove any information from this site at any time without notice.

  • All prices are expressed in Australian dollars.​

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • All items displayed on this website are also for sale in our store located in Fitzroy North.

  • We have made every effort to ensure sure that your online purchase is seamless. However, it is possible for another customer to purchase the same item ‘in-store’ at the same time as you are purchasing it ‘online’. If this happens, Coquette Clothes will contact the supplier to see if we can re-order the item for you. But, this might add another week to the delivery of your order.

  • Coquette Clothes reserves the right to cancel an online sale if the product is not available for any reason.

  • We will not collect payment until we have the item ready to send.​

PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept payment via PAYPAL on this site.

  • You can also make payments using your Visa or MasterCard over the phone if you prefer to contact the store directly on (03) 9486 2906.

RETURNS

  • You can return an online purchase for a refund if the item is returned in person or shipped back to Coquette Clothes (at your own expense) within seven (7) days of purchase. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method as Coquette Clothes does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

  • We will process the refund within five (5) business days of receiving the goods back into the store. Please note that postage charged by Coquette Clothes on the original sale will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the card or PayPpal account which was used for the original purchase. 

  • You must return the item to Coquette Clothes in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

  • If you have purchased the wrong size, please contact the store on (03) 9486 2906 immediately - so that we can put aside the correct size for you. The same conditions apply in that the original item must be returned in person or shipped back to the store (at your own expense) within 14 days of purchase. Coquette Clothes will cover the cost of delivery for one exchange once the original item has been received back in-store. The delivery cost of any additional exchanges will be at the customer's expense, regardless of the item's cost. 

  • If there is a manufacturing fault, Coquette Clothes will make every attempt to replace the item with an identical new one. If this is not possible, we will give you a full refund as long as the item is returned within seven (7) days of its original purchase.

*ORIGINAL RE-SELLABLE CONDITION

In all times, returns must be received in original re-sellable condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. ​Items that smell of perfume or deodorant will automatically be returned to the customer so please take due care when trying on your purchases. Coquette Clothes reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not adhere to these conditions.
